Membership Benefits –

At Post 66, our community of members consists of a variety of success stories. Typically members find the following to be most valuable in their experience at the Post -

Assistance with VA – Education Programs, Health Care, Loans for homes to state a few.
Camaraderie – Hanging around folks that have ‘been there, done that’ to help guide a path
Social Events – We tend to meet often with a plethora of activities so there’s always something for everyone to participate.

Membership Requirements

Requirements to join the American Legion

Important: Everyone must submit a copy of DD 214 or Discharge.

Eligible veterans applying for first time membership must submit the following information to Post Adjutant:

Complete the American Legion Membership application. (Applications are available at the Post)
COPY OF DD214 DISCHARGE

Membership
- Dues - $40 per year
If the information is correct, membership will be approved and then a membership card will be mailed to you.
All Veterans with an Honorable Discharge are welcome
- American Legion Application

Transfers

Veterans applying for transfers from your current Post to our Post 66 must submit the following:

Completed Member Data Form.
COPY OF DD214 OR DISCHARGE
COPY OF MEMBERSHIP CARD
Membership dues payment, if current year dues are not paid.
